Peg and pole Marquees (White)
Please note this table serve as reference only. The price doesn’t include the tables and chairs. To be added to this price are a delivery fee, set-up fee and VAT. Please contact us for a quotation. Please consult with Tentworx to ensure that an accurate size tent is selected for your event. Please note that these prices are for peg and pole marquees. Please consult with the office if you need a frame tent due to the fact that no pegs are to be inserted into the ground surface.

Generator |
5kwa, R300.00 excluding petrol and oil. This rental price implies that the client will provide gasoline and two-stroke oil. A Geri can for R35.00, can be hired for this purpose. Please establish the electricity needs for your event with specific reference to your audio-visual requirements. |
Portable toilets |
Different types of toilet, prices available on request in order to clarify the exact portable toilet type. |
Set-up fee |
TentWorx holds the right to charge a tent set-up fee that is subject to the size of the tent as well as other set-up duties to be conducted at an event. |
Free form tents (Sand coloured)
All free form tents owned by TentWorx are sand coloured although clients can be assisted to hire the following colours free form tents: white, beige, red, royal blue, sky blue, bright pink, orange, lime green, black, brown and yellow. Free form tents can be secured to a building or a fixed structure. A combination of pegs, poles and other mechanisms are used to secure these tents. Free form tents’ are either water-resistant or water proof. These prices exclude a set-up fee, delivery charge and VAT. This table serves as a reference only to guide the client towards the selection of an adequate tent size. Please consult the office of a quotation.

Draping
TentWorx prefer to conduct the draping of our own tents. Draping fees included the utilisation of colours. Don’t hesitate to clarify your event colours during the process of quoting. Different draping styles are available. Draping at venues implies that an additional fee is charged for the set-up of a draping infrastructure as this delay the set-up time. Draping can be treated to be fire retarded at an additional fee payable by the client. TentWorx request clients to have a fire emergency plan and fire extinguishers nearby in the event of the utilisation of our draping. Remember draping is time consuming and this needs to be planned into the set-up of your event.
